Raw Banana Pancakes with Date Cashew Cream

Well these were a hit! (with Instagram not the boys)😂🙈🤷🏽‍♀️🙌🏽
A few of you asked for the recipe so I figured I'd share🤗

For banana pancakes🥞:
•CHOP (don't mash or blend) as many bananas as you want! I chopped a whole bundle.
•Smash & flatten (you can use cake tin)
•Dehydrate for 18-24 hours on 115 degrees (or the lowest setting in your oven but they make get crispier than these)
Date & Cashew Cream
•1 C of dates soaked (you can soak in coconut water if you want and use some of the water when you blend it all up)
•1/2 C of Cashew Butter (you can also throw in fresh coco meat which I forgot🙃)
•Vanilla
•Blend it all up, add water as needed for desired consistency! (I blended it in the food processor, easier to scrape down the sides & mix up).

Spread cream on banana pancakes.
Toppings:
•Whatever cut up fresh fruit you like! You can also add coconut shreds or hemp seeds🙌🏽

😺 I always like to get creative in the kitchen, like making the boys raw pancakes and fun new flavored nice creams... turns out they like it nice & plainnn... Ivan took one bite of these & that was it.. Rafe was like 🙅🏼‍♂️ They both weren't into the strawberry nice cream last night either😩 Sometimes kids like to keep it simple. One of those divided kids plates with different fruits and veggies in each section. Maybe even a fun dip! Oh well, I guess that leaves more for me! My girlfriend Brooke and I enjoyed the left over pancakes at the river!😎💦
