Holding Space

Holding space is about more than guiding others—it’s about creating environments where people feel safe, seen, and supported in doing their own healing, reflection, or creative work. This in-person, beachside workshop is open to anyone interested in learning the art of holding space—whether you’re a teacher, healer, creative, wellness practitioner, or simply someone who wants to show up more intentionally in the spaces you’re part of.

We’ll gather just before sunset on the sand near the gazebo at Lowdermilk Park for an immersive evening of guided meditation, grounded teaching, and embodied learning. Together, we’ll explore:

  • What it truly means to hold space with care, ethics, and awareness

  • How to build inclusive, intentional environments

  • Tools for grounding, energetic boundaries, and intuitive presence

  • Real-world strategies for facilitating or supporting mindful gatherings

  • Why who holds space—and how—matters deeply

We’ll close with a restorative sound bath by Alyssa of Higherself and Sound, offering integration and rest in the stillness of the night.

This workshop is perfect for those already holding space—and equally for those just beginning. All are welcome.
