The Art of Holding Space
with Integrity, Purpose and Heart
A workshop for those called to guide—and those called to grow inside sacred space.
What This Workshop Is About
Holding space is more than a skill—it’s a way of showing up for others with presence, clarity, and care. This immersive workshop is for anyone who feels called to guide, support, or witness others… and for those who want to understand the deeper ethics and responsibilities behind sacred spaces.
Whether you’re a facilitator, a creative, a caregiver, or simply someone who values being part of intentional, transformative environments, this workshop will give you the tools, language, and frameworks to engage with this work more consciously.
You’ll learn not only how to be in sacred space—but how to support, participate, and eventually hold space with integrity.
*Please note: This workshop is not a training in ceremony facilitation. Rather, it supports individuals in navigating the language, structure, and ethical grounding of their work—especially when engaging with practices rooted in other cultures.

Why I Teach This
I’ve spent over a decade holding space—in healing sessions, ceremonies, creative gatherings, and community events. What I’ve seen, especially in the wellness and spiritual world, is a troubling pattern: cultural practices being extracted, commodified, and performed out of context—often without training, acknowledgment, or accountability.
This isn’t just about calling out the problems. It’s about offering a path forward.
This work is for those who want to show up differently—for their clients, their communities, and their own healing. It’s for people who value nuance, humility, and responsibility. And it’s for those ready to examine their own practices with compassion, curiosity, and integrity.
This workshop is a reflection of the medicine I use in my own home, with my children, my husband, and for my community.
