What is Sacred Alignment?

Sacred Alignment is a functional, energetic, and somatic movement experience rooted in yoga, posture, and breath. This workshop is ideal for yoga teachers, advanced students, beginners, and wellness professionals who want to refine their practice and reconnect to the intelligence of the body in a meaningful, lasting way.

Together, we’ll explore how alignment becomes a tool for self-healing, clarity, and deeper energetic presence—whether you're on the mat, in the classroom, or holding space for others.

  • Asymmetry, Hypermobility & Imbalance
    Explore how to identify and support patterns of asymmetry or hypermobility in yourself or students. You'll learn tools to work compassionately with what’s present—without forcing or bypassing the body’s innate wisdom.

  • Mental Clarity & Discomfort in Stillness
    This is a highly engaging practice that activates the mind and requires presence. Learn to sit with sensation and resistance, practicing mental discipline and stillness within aligned holds.

  • Integration Through Conscious Flow
    Once you’ve received the foundational teaching cues, you’ll begin linking movement with breath—bringing everything together in a grounded, clear, embodied vinyasa-style flow rooted in alignment.

Sacred Alignment Series at Juicëlation

Sacred Alignment is currently offered as a 3-part Thursday evening series in Naples, FL. Each 90-minute session includes a nourishing fresh juice from Juicelation and builds upon the previous, but may also be attended individually. The third session is only available to those who attend at least one of the first two, as we move into a more breath-connected flow that integrates prior teachings.

Why I Teach Sacred Alignment

To be blunt—I’ve seen too many people get hurt in yoga.

Not because yoga is dangerous, but because many classes move too fast, skip the details, and prioritize flow over form. Students are often asked to perform complex poses without understanding the basics of alignment, engagement, or breath. Teachers aren’t always trained to recognize asymmetry, hypermobility, or the subtle cues that show a body is compensating.

Yoga isn’t meant to be just another workout.
It’s a therapeutic, healing system that—when taught with care—has the power to transform the body, mind, and nervous system. But when alignment is ignored, it can lead to injury, burnout, and disconnection.

That’s why I created Sacred Alignment.

This is not a typical yoga class. We hold poses actively rather than rushing through them, breaking down each posture layer by layer—muscle by muscle, joint by joint, breath by breath. We explore the rotations, the engagements, the bone stacking, the energetics. Every piece matters.

I’ve had yoga teachers who’ve been teaching for years say,
"Wow, I didn’t realize I’ve been doing that wrong this whole time."
This is where we relearn—and rebuild.

As someone with hypermobility, I’ve had to develop a deep awareness of what safe alignment really means. My goal is to help both teachers and students access this understanding—so it ripples outward into safer, smarter, more conscious yoga spaces.

This work is especially powerful for beginners who want to start their journey with a strong foundation and for teachers who are ready to upgrade their offerings and stop co-signing misalignment for the sake of momentum.

Sacred Alignment is here to bring yoga back to its roots: breath, structure, and presence.

    If you're ready to feel more aligned—physically, emotionally, and energetically—this is for you.

  • You are welcome to attend just one or two sessions. However, you must attend at least one of the first two sessions to join the final (third) session, as it builds on the material through a breath-connected flow.

  • Bring your yoga mat, blocks (2 if possible), strap, blanket or bolster, water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel supported and grounded. The more props, the better!

  • Yes! Sacred Alignment is available as a private 3-hour workshop for individuals or small groups (up to 4 people), as well as for retreats, studios, or team trainings. Reach out to inquire about availability and custom offerings.

  • Yes. 11% of all profits from Sacred Alignment are donated to Yoga Gives Back — a nonprofit that supports Indian women and children through education and empowerment.

    As with all my offerings, giving back is woven into the heart of the practice. This is one way I honor the roots of yoga and contribute to the communities that have carried this wisdom for generations.
