This is more than a yoga private. In this 1.5-hour session, we break down your posture, gait, and the ways your body compensates — offering a full-body map of where tension, imbalance, or misalignment is present. Through this process, you’ll gain practical tools to create daily practices that support long-term balance and ease.
This workshop blends Iyengar yoga-inspired alignment work, myofascial release techniques, and therapeutic movement practices to help unwind deep fascial layers and open up stuck areas of the body. We work with props, therapy balls, and intentional holds with muscular engagement to both strengthen and release.
