What to Expect:
Sacred Alignment is a space to slow down, tune in, and recalibrate. We’ll explore foundational yoga postures with refined anatomical alignment, muscular engagement, and intentional breath.
You’ll learn to read the energetic body — in yourself and in others — noticing asymmetries, imbalances, and where energy or awareness may be blocked. The third session weaves everything together in a guided breath-to-movement flow.
Each class includes hands-on adjustments (optional), precise verbal cues, and insight into structural, emotional, and energetic alignment.
This Workshop Is Ideal For:
• Yoga teachers seeking continuing education and alignment tools for cueing, adjusting, and reading students energetically
• Advanced students wanting to refine their movement and prevent injury
• Beginners building a solid foundation for their yoga journey
Session Breakdown:
Session 1 – Ground & Align
Establish foundational posture, muscle engagement, and breath-led awareness
Session 2 – Read & Refine
Identify asymmetries, explore hypermobility support, and learn to read energy in the body
Session 3 – Integrate & Flow
Move through a breath-connected alignment flow that brings it all together
(Attendance in Session 1 or 2 required to join)

• Yoga mat
• 2 Yoga Blocks
• Yoga Strap
• Blanket, Bolster, or Cushion
• Water Bottle
• Any props that support your practice — the more the merrier!
